Hey all! Rab here. Yo-kai Watch PuniPuni is the original version of Yo-kai Watch Wibble Wobble. Obvious differences being that PuniPuni is the Japanese version that's up-to-date with Japan's current Yo-kai and characters and such, and is also not a glitch-filled mess of an app like Wibble Wobble!
And I'm tired of folk asking how to get it, so let Rab tell you how once and for all, in this one post, so ya'll stop asking! It's incredibly easy, but the steps to acquiring it are different between Android and iOS. And seeing as how I'm more used to the Android method, we'll start with Android first!

If this is the screen you get by tapping the very first search result, then you're golden! Tap Qooapp, which will bring you to the screen where you can download the apk file for Qooapp. Simply tap Install, and the apk will download!

A: One, because you gotta stop being lazy. Two, because you can't access the website properly though Amino, as the link won't let you download Qooapp or anything else on the website. You MUST download it through a web browser! I personally use Firefox, but Google Chrome should work just as fine.
Q: After the apk downloaded, my device is preventing me from installing it! What gives?
A: This only occurs if you have your device set to lock out 3rd party installs. In the window that pops up telling you that your install has been blocked, simply press the 'Settings' button that takes you to your device settings and tap the switch labelled 'Unknown Sources' to allow your install. A window should pop up asking if you want to turn on 'Unknown Sources' only for this installation, which I advise you agree with so it will install Qooapp, but it won't turn on 'Unknown Sources.' Think of it as you giving Qooapp special permission to install!

Now that you have Qooapp installed, enter the app! It'll look confusing at first, as Qooapp is a gateway for all Japanese/Korean/Chinese/ect. apps on their respective Google Play Stores. Every single game on here is free-2-play, so it won't let you access games that require purchase and such.
NOTE: You can't purchase microtransactions in games downloaded through Qooapp or directly from an apk file! There's no way around this at all, so you'll be playing free and nothing more!
Search 'punipuni' using the search bar. You'll come up to a few options, but the obvious option is the one in Japanese with the only English words being 'PuniPuni.' That's the game! Install, switch 'Unknown Sources' if ya need to, and install the game! Congrats Android user, you've just gained access to Yo-kai Watch PuniPuni!

Q: Can't I just download the apk file from a different website instead of going through all those steps to get Qooapp?
A: My, are you lazy! And yes, that is totally possible to do, but downloading from a different website could lead to you downloading malware and other harmful programs and such that can harm your device or steal your personal information! And ya don't want that, right? Qooapp is safe because it downloads directly from the official Google App Store and nothing more, so it is definitely worth the hassle of installing it.
Q: Something keeps popping up in PuniPuni that's preventing me from playing! What the heck?
A: Hopefully you kept Qooapp installed! When the game is stopping you from playing, that means it has an update from the Google Play Store which the game can't access since your region doesn't support the game. Simply enter Qooapp and in the top-right corner should be a pull menu with a red dot. Pull the menu out and press the 'My Games' button. You'll probably see PuniPuni under the 'Update' area. Just tap 'Update All' to begin updating PuniPuni. The app will 'reinstall PuniPuni to its newer version,' though it's not actually reinstalling the game, and is simply applying the update. You won't lose save progress or anything!

iOS
Now for ya'll iOS users! And don't worry about 3rd party anything, since you'll be downloading PuniPuni directly from the Apple App Store!
Of course, you need a Japanese Apple Account in order to access the store! And no, changing your region on your current account won't work:
NOTE: You NEED to make a brand new Apple Account specifically for Japan! There's plenty of guides online that'll guide you through the process!
Once you've made your Japanese Apple Account, you'll log in on your device and access the Japanese App Store to download PuniPuni. Simply search 'punipuni' and you should come up to the Japanese version. Alternatively, you can search 'Level5' and just scroll through all of Level5's games.

A: Actually, you can! Just put an international credit/debit card on your Japanese Apple account like you would on your regular account! And of course, don't go wasting all your money on Y Money! Don't be a Spenp!
